To create a BITSBR digital currency blockchain node and be able to validate transactions/mine and receive rewards in new currencies, follow the following steps:
- Download the BITSBRnode software available at the link below and your node configuration files and install it on your device.
- https://github.com/bitsbr/bitsbr/releases/
- Windows
- Create a new user named bitsbr on Windows using the following tutorial from the Microsoft website. Click here!.
- Create a folder named bitsbr on a separate drive from the main one where the operating system is installed. Click here and use this tutorial from the Microsoft website to create the unit.
- Access the bitsbr folder
- Windows
- https://github.com/bitsbr/bitsbr/releases/
- Install dependencies and configure the node with your preferences, including firewall and security settings.
- Install dependencies and configure the node with your preferences, including firewall and security settings.
- Configurations and installation of dependencies for WINDOWS
- Install the latest version of JAVA on your computer using the following link. CLICK HERE
- Release the doors 9890 (mandatory) It is 9899 (optional) in Windows Firewall to allow integration of your NODE with the BITSBR network
- Use the following tutorial from the Microsoft website CLICK HERE!
- Create your wallet to be integrated with the node so you can receive your rewards through our decentralized web wallet https://wallet.bitsbr.org/
- Edit the settings file bitsbr.conf (Download dThe last version!) according to the requested information, use the following procedures.
- In the option waves – > directory change from “/bitsbr" for "D:/bitsbr“. (Note: Change the lyrics D according to the drive where you created the bitsbr folder)
- In the option waves –> data-directory change from “/bitsbr/data" for "D:/bitsbr/data“. (Note: Change the lyrics D according to the drive where you created the bitsbr folder)
- In the option network -> bind-address, change the value 0.0.0.0 for 127.0.0.1
- In the option network -> declared-address change SERVER-IP for 127.0.0.1
- Create a password containing letters and numbers for your NODE in the option WALLET settings – > password, in the file bitsbr.conf
- In the option WALLET settings – > seeds use the tool in the link https://bitsbr.github.io/ to convert your portfolio keywords into BASE58 format.
- In the link https://nodes.bitsbr.org/api-docs/index.html#/utils/hashSecure (Converts the password you created into WALLET settings – > password to your wallet integrated with your node in a secure Hash and enter the option rest-api -> api-key-hash)
- In the option rest-api -> bind-address change the value SERVER-IP for 127.0.0.1
- Note: Never place the bitsbr.conf file in a publicly accessible folder.
- Configurations and installation of dependencies for WINDOWS
- Install dependencies and configure the node with your preferences, including firewall and security settings.
- Launch and Sync the node with the BITSBR blockchain. This may take some time depending on the speed of your internet connection.
- To start your node, run the following command in the folder where the files are bitsbr-all-*.jar It is bitsbr.conf the windows terminal (cmd) panel (Starting CMD):
- java -jar bitsbr-all-1.0.1.jar bitsbr.conf (Note: Run the command for version 1.0.1, change to the latest version if necessary)
- After executing the command above, wait a few minutes and check if your IP address is already in our list of NODES, it usually takes about 30 minutes.
- If you have activated the API and installed it on your local computer, go to: localhost:9899 or 127.0.0.1:9899 to check if your NODE is active.
- To start your node, run the following command in the folder where the files are bitsbr-all-*.jar It is bitsbr.conf the windows terminal (cmd) panel (Starting CMD):
- Obtain a sufficient amount of BITSBR through the exchanges where the currency is listed or through Exchange DEX and send this amount to the NODE wallet that you created and have the private keys or keywords, this way you become a complete node and can receive rewards in BITSBRs for validating transactions that occur on average every 60 seconds. Currently, it is necessary to have at least 1000 BTBRs balance in your NODE wallet.
- Keep your copy of the blockchain updated and your security settings to be able to generate new blocks and earn new rewards. The greater the balance in your node-integrated wallet, the greater your chances of receiving rewards.
- Remember that being a full node on the BITSBR blockchain requires dedication and responsibility, as you will be helping to maintain the integrity of the network and your node must be active 24 hours. But at the same time, you will have the opportunity to earn rewards in BTBRs for your participation.
